I made some party pic props for Eileen's going away party.  And a crown for the girl of the hour(s)...

----> just neon poster board and wooden skewers...easy and fun!

Fun night!  Sad reason for a par-tay, but we all wish her well (and plan on many west coast visits!!!!)

Hawaii: Islands of Aloha

I just finished up the window display (at Arcadia Boutique) for the Philadelphia Flower Show!! 

I made the chandelier and garlands out of tissue paper, crepe paper, plastic straws, and wire.  (tutorial found on Oh Happy Day... slightly changed to fit the Hawaii theme, of course...and make it my own)

I love these flowers- I want to make more and have them in my house!

 String them all together, attach to a hoop, drape more strands from the bottom, et voila!

Getting psyched for Spring!!
